The key benefit of being a member of NGNuk is the ability to participate and shape an interconnect framework that meets the needs of the industry as a whole. Participation helps members be informed of the issues and how these might be addressed. As such this gives members a more informed view of the risks and issues affecting investment decisions and associated network design issues

Each Executive Member is entitled to:

• nominate one representative for the NGNuk Executive
• attend and participate in all Working Groups
• have access to all Working Groups' working documents, meeting minutes and written contributions
• use the NGNuk Brand for the purposes of identifying itself as a Member of NGNuk
• attend and participate in activities, events and conferences of NGNuk as may be determined by the NGNuk Executive from time to time in accordance with the Constitution

Each Participating Members is entitled to:

• access to all Working Groups' working documents, meeting minutes and written contributions; and
• attend and participate in select Working Groups.
